About inCOMMON Affordable Housing Capital Campaign
inCOMMON was created over 15 years ago to unite and strengthen vulnerable neighborhoods. As we restore the Bristol and Georgia Apartments, which are only a few blocks from the inCOMMON community center, we further our mission by providing safe and stable housing for low-income Park Avenue families.
Without these apartments, many neighborhood residents would be priced out of the community they grew up in or have come to call “home.” We must ensure our neighbors have a safe and stable place to stay and raise their families.
We only have $1 million left to raise of our $14.2 million campaign to fully fund our renovations. The next important goal we must reach is to raise $50,000 from individual donors like you. Will you help us?
Thanks to a matching grant awarded by the Gilbert M. and Martha H. Hitchcock Foundation, your gift will be doubled if pledged by the end of 2019. Your support will play a critical role in ensuring our low-income neighbors are not displaced from their community or become homeless. Donations can be given through monthly payments or as one-time gifts.
Thank you for investing in affordable housing for our neighbors today!
